Far East University Shone on Shanghai Consensus Meeting by China Knowledge Management Alliance
On September, 16th 2015, East China Knowledge Management Discussion Consensus Meeting held by China Knowledge Management Alliance was convened in Shanghai. Zhou Dongjiao, the assistant president and CAO of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd and Executive Headmaster of Far East University, attended the meeting and made a speech, and Li Peng, the deputy director of headmaster's office of Far East University, and Ren Lulu, the dean assistant of management school of Far East University, also attended the meeting.
The meeting adopted the interactive form of “knowledge market + union discussion”, the optimal practice results of KM (knowledge management) of four optimal knowledge management practice enterprises which are Huawei Technologies CO., LTD, Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd, Baosteel Group Corporation and NetEase Game, were shown in a manner of “sharing+ knowledge market”, and the results attracted participants to view and emulate, interact and discuss with the enterprises at the enterprise exhibition stands.

In the sharing link, Zhou Dongjiao introduced the practice of KM from initiating reason, cultural essence, implementation and value, and illustrated the unique talent selection and training standard of Far East--educational level, experience, communication level, ability, thinking capacity and moral quality and how to select proper talents, employ talents and retain talents, and illustrated bills, houses, positions, ladders, inside and outside and how to respect talents, culture talents and promote the growth of talents, so as to meet the mutual demand of organization and individual and realize a win-win situation.
