In Far East, quality not only refers to the traditional concept of product quality, but also represents its strict risk management process. Ranging from design planning and demand mining, to model selection, raw material quality control, product research and development, production, testing, after-sales service and other processes, Far East not only strictly adheres to the national standard as the bottom line, but also maintains a high standard of "quality lifeline". As Ren Zhengfei said, to achieve high quality, there must be a large quality system. Large quality is a comprehensive quality management method and an end-to-end quality philosophy system.
Far East's quality monitoring system extends from raw material suppliers to production lines. The SRM system launched by Far East will fully control the qualification of suppliers. First-in-first-out management of raw materials is applied to ensure their best performance by sorting them by time to ensure their quality and speed up the turnover. At the same time, changes in the formulation of raw and auxiliary materials, new venders and newly purchased raw materials must be reanalyzed to ensure that the material indicators are stable and controllable.
The central control system of Far East’s production line server adopts Siemens PLC. The PLC of the underlying device communicates with the main control PLC through standard interfaces to realize interconnectivity, data sharing, and real-time monitoring of the status of each production line and every station. Once problems or failures occur, the process personnel of each production line can intervene in time to avoid large-scale loss.
Simultaneously, by analyzing the quality data of the SCADA system, you can understand the qualification rate of the products and finished products in the workshop, and realize the real-time inspection and confirmation of quality fluctuations. Through the SCADA system's analysis of equipment data, staff can understand the equipment failure rate, startup rate, OEE and other related data of a certain machine in a certain period of time, and provide evidence for life cycle management of machines.

In addition to building and improving the "Industrial Internet System" continuously, Far East has also increased its investment in testing equipment, personnel, and qualifications. It has continuously introduced industry-leading testing equipment, absorbed and trained high-quality, sophisticated, and highly-skilled professionals, and built the earliest technical institute in the domestic cable industry, offering more support to the goal of high quality. After continuous investment and development, Far East has 18 product testing laboratories and more than 300 sets of different testing equipment, which can test the full performance of cable.
As far back as 2011, the Far East Technical Center was identified as a "National Enterprise Technical Center" and was named "Jiangsu’s 11th Five-Year Outstanding Enterprise Technical Center" in the same year. Such enterprise technical research institutes are few in China. In order to improve the pass rate of inspection, Far East has also made great efforts to build a testing center. Today, the testing center is equipped with 1000kN tension testers, electric impluse generators, EMGA-820 oxygen nitrogen analyzers, GDJS and other professional inspection and testing equipment, as well as testing laboratories such as the high-voltage test hall.
