Zhou Dongjiao is Delivering a Keynote Speech
Zhou Dongjiao has pointed out that talents are the most core asset of an enterprise and that the essence of business operation lies in how to make money (business model) and how to distribute money (incentive mechanism for talented people), which requires that operators and managers of the enterprise should understand humanity, and know how to deal with its staff and get them motivated. From the perspective of enterprises, with the development of Internet economy and those born in the 1990s stepping into workplace, there is a growing trend towards career partnership mechanism shifted from simple employment relationship between the enterprise and its employees. She pointed out, taking the talent management principles like “Six Forces Principle”, “Six Goals Achieved" principle and “Incentive Systems for Core Staff to Hold Smart Energy Stock for A Long Time” kept to by Far East for example, that the company has been devoted to carrying out the “career partnership mechanism” since it pioneered the idea 20 years ago. In her words, Far East Group has been persisting in selecting employees according to the high standards required by “Six Forces Principle”, providing its staff with broad platform for self-development and its core staff with preferential policies such as stock ownership incentive and discount for buying Far East’s houses in addition to the salary and welfare above the industry standard to make its staff live an ideal life with “enough money, high quality, high status, opportunities for promotion, decency and house”. According to her, Far East Group put forward the idea of “putting employees with both good morality and performance at the first place” for the first time in 2016 and began to make those with both good morality and performance have access to more resources to build a core team.
Besides, Ms. Zhou explained the “seven steps” of career building from the perspective of office workers, hoping that they exercise themselves in the spirit shared by craftsmen, dedicated and aggressive enough to be the first and that they also feel content and grateful because of what they have got, and learn how to balance their life and work to achieve a win-win result.
