The flame retardant hanging cable can meet low-smoke, halogen-free, Class A fire retardants, and the combustion performance level B1 specified in the GB31247-2014 standard. The fire-resistant cable has an excellent fire-resistant performance. In the situation of voltage U0 and its self-supporting unit shall bear no less than the rated tension stated by the manufacturer, the fire temperature is not less than 830℃, the fire supply time is 120min, the cooling time is 15min. Compared with the traditional steel wire armored cable, this product could increase the load flow by 10-30%, reduce the cable weight by 20-30%, the whole cable has no intermediate joint, the conductivity and safety are greatly enhanced. The cable hanging section adopts a self-supporting unit, while the single load unite is about twice the dead weight of the cable, and the long-term safe operation coefficient is not less than 4.
When laying and installing, the cable was hung in the shaft without a cable tray, saving the costs of installation and cable tray. As early as 2008, the Shanghai World Financial Center, a landmark building in Shanghai at that time, became the tallest building in Shanghai with a height of 492 meters. According to the particular building requirements of Shanghai World Financial Center, Far East Cable independently developed hanging-laying cables and slings for super high-rise buildings. The longest cable was 708 meters and weighed 14 tons, and the lifting height ranged from 131meters to over 400 meters. It was the first time in the cable hanging and laying of super-tall buildings in China. After a decade of safe operation at the Shanghai World Financial Centre, Far East cable was once again in the service China Zun in Beijing, a super high-rise building with a height of 528 meters. Totally laid 24 suspension cable with a total length of 15,132 meters and a total weight of 136.38 tons, Far East Cable achieved several world records in this project.
